Why we started.
Sol Shine was founded on a simple observation: people with eating disorders, OCD, and trauma were spending years in therapy that wasn't designed for their conditions, and they weren't getting better. Not because they weren't trying, but because the treatment wasn't specific enough.
Sol Shine was built to be a practice where clinicians hold focused training in the conditions they treat.
The name Sol Shine reflects what we believe recovery looks like: not the absence of struggle, but the return of light.
